There are many times when I need a last minute dessert.
This yummy bundt cake has been my go-to dessert for a couple of years.
I learned it from my mom, who has this incredible talent of taking whatever she has stocked in the cupboards,
and making it into a delicious culinary concoction.
This cake has been one of my family's favorites for over a decade.
In fact, my youngest brother has requested it for his birthday cake!
The first couple of times I tried using a bundt pan, I failed miserably.
I was too impatient, and didn't wait for the cake to cool completely (which can take a couple of hours)
and I didn't use enough spray when prepping the bundt pan.
I like to use Baker's Joy spray, because it contains flour in the spray.
Please, I beg of you, learn from my mistakes!!
Always, always, always spray the inside of the pan!
Always, always, always let the cake cool completely before removing it from the pan!
If you do these two things, your cake is sure to come out looking beautiful!

Here it is...
1 Box Chocolate Cake and ingredients needed to make that cake
(I use Pillsbury. It's usually the cheapest)
1 small can of sweetened condensed milk.
Make and bake the cake according to package directions.
Remove the cake from the pan by loosening it from the pan.
I like to use a small silicon spatula.
Place the cake on a plate, or cake stand,
and poke holes in the cake with a fork.
Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk onto the cake.
I like to use the whole can because I'm a sucker for sweetened condensed milk,
but use as much as you prefer.
