2016 Val-Pat-East-Home Edition

Like how I combined all the holidays into 1 hyphenated word? I'm cool like that.

Let me tell you a story about perseverance.

Once upon a time there was a lovely lady named Christie. She was a dedicated crafter. Some may call her an expert crafter. She had a fun friend named Claudia and they loved to craft together. They even loved to spread the magic of crafting by hosting craft nights. One day, Christie got a terrible ear infection. It was miserable for her poor little soul, but she was in the middle of working hard to get craft night done for her friends in the kingdom. What did she did she do? She persevered and crafted on for 3 straight days all while her ear was muffled and aching. That is how dedicated she was to this craft night. Soon, her ear healed and she was able to enjoy all the lovely ladies who came to craft night.

The end.

Now that, my dear friends is a true story! We have worked hard over the past 3 days to make these crafts, and it was a struggle. We started on Monday, and things were a total joke. We were uninspired, making mistakes right and left, and had all our kids with us because school was cancelled for a snow day. I think at one point we just looked at each other and said, "What in the heck are we doing?! Argh!"

When life gets to this point, you just need to take a break. So, we regrouped and finished all the crafts on Tuesday and Wednesday. Whew. Who knew crafting could be so taxing?

But when all was said and done, it was worth it. We love the way the crafts turned out and can't wait to decorate our homes with them. :)

So here are the details for craft night...

Time? 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
